An important tool used for development is the skills matrix. This normally follows the Curriculum Vitae process and allows individuals to be compared against each other. This allows Webber Consultants to analyse the needs of the organisation against the current skill set.

In a training program the skills matrix allows us to place the learners once the training has successfully been completed.

The skills matrix allows Webber Consultants to form the placement strategy with the assistance of our Placement Questionnaire. These documents assist Webber Consultants when speaking to prospective employers.
